Orange Petal Decoupage Bead Necklace

This pendant is made with a small decoupage bead from PriscillaBeads. The decoupage beads designed by Priscilla Marban are made by fishermen and their families in the Phillipines operating small cottage industries to supplement their income from fishing. Silverfilled wire and glass beads are also used in making these pendants.
